Happy Women's History Month to all of my fabulous females out there. Pictured above is Liberian President Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and Liberian Peace Activist Leymah Gbowee. The mentioned are two of three winners of the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize. The other winner was also a woman known as Tawakkol Karman of Yemen. "Who Run the World?" GIRLS!
In lieu of Woman;s History Month I have decided to add a new feature to the blog known as the "Lone Starlette of the Month". Each month a different Liberian woman will be featured.This will be a woman that exudes confidence and style all while making her mark in her career and the world. I feel this will be a great way to inspire young Liberian girls in knowing that they too can be fabulous and great by educating themselves and making smart lifestyle and career choices.
